Living in his suburban home outside of Philadelphia with his three daughters and loving wife, Steven Shachter does what he loves most, paint wildlife. Steven has immersed himself in this practice for over 30 years, and  has continued to make beautiful, unique work and share it with the world.

Steven has painted everything from domestic animals to deep-sea life. His preferred medium is acrylic paint on board, which allows him to create the vibrant, yet naturalistic aesthetics seen in all of his work.
